Summerlin Luxury Neighborhood Homes

Summerlin Luxury Neighborhood Homes

sh-3Perhaps no other area in Las Vegas has the locals stirring more about luxury neighborhood homes than Summerlin. Located in the northwest part of the valley, Summerlin offers some of the best golf courses in the area and is one of America’s most highly touted master planned communities.

A shiny new hospital, elite private schools, private security, parks and eight golf courses make Summerlin hard to beat. The Ridges may be the region’s most exclusive community consisting of luxury custom estates elevated 3,200 feet above sea level in the hills adjacent to the Red Rock National Conservation Area.

One of the reasons The Ridges has been recognized for being one of the top Summerlin luxury neighborhood areas in the region is the beautiful modern architectural style that it attracts. The rustic desert views, privacy, easy access to freeways and its elevation make Summerlin an easy selection for any higher end home buyer.

The Canyon Crest community offers similar neighborhoods to Desert Trails, with both gated developments being fairly small, and lot sizes that range modestly from ¼ acre to 1/3 acre.

Another Summerlin development that welcomes residents is Canyon Fairways. The development offers a nice community park and tennis courts. Eagle Hills has similar amenities and homes that front the TPC Canyons golf course. About 70% of the residential developments in the Las Vegas Valley are gated, including Eagle Hills, which features tree-lined streets and a six-acre park with tennis courts and other recreational areas.

Country Club Hills is a step above the crowd. Builder Christopher Homes constructed all the residences in the
development, something that is rare these days, especially since most of Las Vegas growth took place during the boom years bringing a high era of custom quality to the community.

Mountain Trails is a guard-gated development with just 103 home sites. The subdivision has a peaceful grassy park and lit tennis courts so that residents can take in a game on the courts after the sun goes down during Las Vegas warmest seasons.

The Palisades, named after the posh Pacific Palisades in Southern California, is another Summerlin luxury neighborhood. Floor plans vary greatly from other Christopher Homes developments, offering casitas as detached sections of the homes off the front yard consisting of separate bedroom and bathrooms for guests to enjoy.

Willow Creek is composed of three separate developments in this gated community, Eden Ridge, Heritage Glen and Wood Glen. All are modest track developments that offer custom higher end amenities that are recognized for making Summerlin one of the nation’s finest residential communities.
